About Appliance Repair Naples
We are a locally operated appliance repair company based right here in Naples, Florida. Our business exists for one reason: to help homeowners and small businesses get their appliances working again without the runaround, hidden fees, or unnecessary upsells that have become way too common in this industry.
Whether it is a refrigerator that quit cooling overnight, a washer that refuses to drain, or an oven that will not hold temperature, our technicians show up prepared, diagnose the real problem, and give you a straight answer about what it will take to fix it. We have been doing this long enough to know that most people just want someone reliable who will tell them the truth — and that is exactly what we aim to be.
We repair all major household appliances including dryers, dishwashers, and more. See what our customers have to say on our reviews page, or contact us to schedule your repair today.
Our Technicians
Every technician on our team has hands-on experience with a wide range of household and commercial appliances. We are not a staffing agency that sends a different contract worker to your door each time. Our technicians are part of our core team, and they are trained on the brands and appliance types we service — from everyday Whirlpool and Samsung units to high-end Sub-Zero, Wolf, and Thermador equipment.
We invest in ongoing training because appliance technology changes every year. Modern refrigerators have inverter compressors and electronic control boards that did not exist a decade ago. Front-load washers have gotten more complex with variable-speed motors and advanced sensor systems. Our guys keep up with that so the diagnosis is accurate the first time.
Each technician carries a well-stocked truck with the most common replacement parts — thermostats, heating elements, door gaskets, water inlet valves, pump assemblies, igniter kits, and more. This means a good percentage of repairs get completed in a single visit rather than requiring a second trip to wait on parts.
How We Work
Our process is designed to be simple and transparent. Here is what a typical service call looks like from start to finish:
You Contact Us
Call us at (239) 544-5504 or schedule online. Tell us what appliance is giving you trouble, what it is doing (or not doing), and any error codes you see. This helps us prepare before we arrive.
We Diagnose the Problem
The technician arrives during the scheduled window, examines the appliance, runs tests, and identifies the root cause. We do not guess. If the problem is a faulty defrost heater, we will tell you it is a faulty defrost heater — not vaguely suggest that “something in the cooling system is off.”
We Explain Your Options
Before any wrench turns, you get a clear explanation of what is wrong, what it will cost to repair, and whether the repair makes sense given the age and condition of the appliance. If we think replacing the unit is the better move, we will say so honestly — even though that means we do not get the repair job.
We Complete the Repair
If you approve the repair, we get to work. Many repairs are completed during the initial visit. If a specific part needs to be ordered, we will schedule the return visit as soon as the part arrives — typically within a few business days.
We Stand Behind the Work
Every repair comes with a warranty on both the labor and the parts. If the same issue comes back within the warranty period, we come back and take care of it at no additional charge. Details are explained before you authorize the repair.
Honest Diagnosis — It Is What Sets Us Apart
One of the biggest frustrations homeowners have with appliance repair companies is not knowing whether they are being told the truth. We have heard the stories: a technician shows up, pokes around for five minutes, declares a major component failure, quotes a huge number, and pressures the homeowner to decide on the spot.
That is not how we operate. Our technicians take the time to test components properly — checking resistance on heating elements, measuring voltage at control boards, verifying thermostat calibration, testing compressor operation, and isolating the actual failure point. We do not replace parts on a hunch.
If your 15-year-old dryer needs a $350 control board and the drum bearings are already worn, we will tell you it probably makes more sense to start looking at a new unit. If your two-year-old Samsung refrigerator just needs a $45 evaporator fan motor, we will tell you that too. Our goal is for you to feel confident that you made the right decision, whether that decision is to repair or to replace.
Parts Sourcing
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever they are available and practical. OEM parts are made to the same specification as the original component, which means they fit correctly and perform as expected. In some cases, an OEM part has been discontinued or the aftermarket alternative is genuinely equivalent — in those situations, we use a quality aftermarket part and let you know.
Our trucks carry the parts that come up most often: door gaskets, water inlet valves, heating elements, igniters, thermostats, run capacitors, start relays, pump assemblies, belts, and more. For less common parts, we maintain relationships with multiple parts distributors in the Naples area and can usually have what we need within one to three business days.
Warranty Policy
We warranty our repairs because we stand behind our work. Both labor and parts are covered for a defined period after the repair is completed. The specific terms depend on the type of repair and the parts involved, and we explain the coverage clearly before you authorize the work.
If a problem recurs within the warranty period, call us and we will schedule a return visit. There is no charge for warranty-covered follow-ups. For full details, see our warranty page.
Service Area
We serve Naples and a wide radius of surrounding communities in Collier and Lee counties. That includes Old Naples, Pelican Bay, North Naples, Estero, Bonita Springs, Marco Island, Ave Maria, Golden Gate, Fort Myers, Cape Coral, Lehigh Acres, and many more neighborhoods in between.
We know the area well — the older homes in South Naples with their built-in kitchen setups, the newer construction in Ave Maria and Marco Island, the waterfront condos in Fort Myers. Different neighborhoods often have different appliance challenges, and our experience across the entire Southwest Florida region means we have probably already seen whatever problem you are dealing with.

Why Choose a Dedicated Appliance Repair Service
General handyman services handle a little bit of everything — plumbing, painting, drywall, appliance repair, and whatever else comes up. There is a time and place for that. But appliance repair is a specialty that benefits from focused experience and specific diagnostic tools.
A dedicated appliance technician has a multimeter, a manometer for gas pressure, sealed-system tools for refrigeration work, and the diagnostic knowledge to read manufacturer-specific error codes and test sequences. We know the common failure points on a Samsung RF28 series refrigerator, the typical door boot seal issues on LG front-load washers, and the igniter quirks on GE gas ranges — because that is what we do every day.
If you want someone to hang a shelf and also look at your dishwasher, a handyman might be fine. If you want someone to accurately diagnose why your dishwasher is not draining and fix it the right way the first time, a dedicated appliance repair technician is the better call.
