Samsung Refrigerator

Our Samsung French door fridge stopped cooling on a Friday afternoon. Called these guys and they had someone out Saturday morning. Turned out to be a failed evaporator fan motor. The tech had the part on his truck and replaced it in about 45 minutes. Fridge has been running perfectly since. Really appreciated the quick turnaround — we would have lost a lot of food otherwise.

Whirlpool Washer

My Whirlpool top-load washer was making a loud grinding noise during the spin cycle. The technician diagnosed it as a worn-out drive hub and actuator. Good service overall. Maytag dryer was squeaking loudly. Needed new drum rollers and a belt. Tech had to order the rollers so it took a second visit, but he was back within three days and got it done quickly. Only reason for four stars instead of five is the wait for parts, but I understand that is just how it goes sometimes.
