These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Appliance Repair Naples website at appliancerepairnaples.vercel.app (the "Site") and the appliance repair services we provide ("Services"). By accessing the Site or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or our Services.

1. Services

Appliance Repair Naples provides residential and commercial appliance repair services in the Southwest Florida area, including Collier and Lee counties. Our Services include appliance diagnosis, repair, and parts replacement for household and commercial appliances.

2. Service Appointments

Submitting a booking request through our website or by phone does not guarantee a specific appointment time. We will contact you to confirm the appointment. Appointment times are provided as estimated arrival windows, not exact times. We make every effort to arrive within the scheduled window but cannot guarantee exact arrival due to the nature of field service work.

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please contact us at least 4 hours before the scheduled window. Repeated no-shows or last-minute cancellations may result in a cancellation fee for future appointments.

3. Diagnostic and Repair Authorization

Our technician will diagnose the appliance problem and provide you with a repair estimate before beginning any repair work. You must authorize the repair before the technician proceeds. If you decline the repair, a diagnostic/service call fee may apply as disclosed at the time of scheduling.

By authorizing a repair, you are agreeing to the estimated cost provided by the technician. In rare cases where additional issues are discovered during the repair, the technician will inform you and obtain additional authorization before proceeding with work beyond the original estimate.

4. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of the repair unless other arrangements have been made (such as approved financing). We accept cash, personal checks, and major credit cards. For financing options, separate terms and conditions from the financing provider will apply.

5. Warranty

Our repairs are covered by a warranty on both labor and parts as described on our Warranty page. The warranty covers the specific repair performed and is subject to the exclusions and conditions described therein. Warranty terms are explained to you before repair authorization.

6. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Appliance Repair Naples shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary damages arising out of or relating to our Services, including but not limited to food spoilage, water damage from pre-existing conditions, or loss of use.

Our total liability for any claim arising from our Services shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific repair giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies regardless of the form of action, whether in contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise.

7. Property Access and Conditions

By scheduling a service appointment, you agree to provide our technician with reasonable access to the appliance and the surrounding work area. The area around the appliance should be clear enough for safe access. Our technicians will take reasonable care to protect your property during the repair, but we are not responsible for pre-existing conditions, such as damaged flooring beneath an appliance or corroded plumbing connections.
