Our Repair Warranty
We stand behind every repair we perform. When we fix your appliance, you get a warranty that covers both the labor and the parts — because we believe you should not have to worry about paying twice for the same problem.
Labor Warranty
All labor performed by our technicians is warranted for 90 days from the completion date of the repair. This means if the specific issue we repaired returns within 90 days, we will come back and fix it at no additional charge for labor.
The labor warranty applies to the specific repair described on your invoice. It does not cover unrelated failures, damage caused by external factors (power surges, flooding, physical impact), or problems caused by unauthorized modifications to the appliance after our repair.
Parts Warranty
Replacement parts carry the manufacturer's warranty, which varies depending on the part and the manufacturer. Most OEM parts are warranted for 90 days to one year. Some components — like compressors — may carry longer manufacturer warranties.
We use OEM (original equipment manufacturer) parts whenever available and practical. When an aftermarket part is used, we will inform you before the repair and explain the warranty coverage for that specific component.
If a warranted part fails within the warranty period, we will replace it at no charge for the part. Labor to install the replacement part is also covered if it falls within the 90-day labor warranty window.
